Orisha, a European software publisher dedicated to companies in the retail, real estate, healthcare, agri-food and construction sectors, announces the acquisition of Spanish software publisher Gregal, a leader in the development of software designed to meet the needs of the horticultural sector. This operation enriches the offering of the Orisha Agri-food Business Unit, just 3 months after its creation following the acquisition of Gaïana, the software publisher dedicated to the wine & spirits, horticulture and agriculture sectors.

Founded in 2000, Gregal is renowned for its innovative solutions and in-depth expertise in the agri-food sector. With this acquisition, Orisha expands its portfolio of products and services, while benefiting from Gregal’s technological know-how and solid customer base in the Iberian Peninsula.

In 2023, Orisha reorganized its activities into Business Units. The acquisition of Gregal would consolidate the offering of the Orisha Agri-food Business Unit. This acquisition is in line with Orisha’s strategy of organic and external growth, aimed at becoming an undisputed leader in the European business management software market. By integrating Gregal, Orisha not only strengthens its presence in Spain, but also its ability to provide solutions tailored to local specificities, particularly in the agri-food sector where Gregal excels.
