Orisha Strengthens Its Position in the Construction Sector by Acquiring Advae, the Result of the Merger Between Finalcad and Wizzcad
Paris, March 4, 2025 – Orisha, a European software publisher specializing in multiple sectors, including construction, announces the strategic acquisition of Advae, a leading cloud-based company formed from the merger of Finalcad and Wizzcad.
This alliance leverages the legacy of both brands to offer construction professionals innovative solutions tailored to their digital transformation needs. This acquisition marks another step forward for Orisha Construction, reinforcing its strategic positioning on two key fronts: integrating complementary solutions for construction site management to address the challenges of a rapidly evolving sector, and expanding its reach to major accounts to support industry leaders in their transformation.
Strategic Reinforcement for Orisha Construction
With Advae’s integration, Orisha Construction strengthens its team with 50 new employees and achieves significant revenue growth. Orisha Construction’s clients now have access to a comprehensive cloud platform covering the entire construction cycle: cost estimation, invoicing and reporting, site monitoring, quality and safety control, and rehabilitation management. These solutions accelerate the digital transformation of construction industry players by providing cutting-edge tools.
Advae is well known for its collaborative project management platform, used by renowned clients such as Eiffage, Besix, Fayat, Demathieu Bard, Vinci, Bureau Veritas, and Action Logement. Its advanced SaaS technology integrates features such as BIM management and renovation tracking in occupied sites, leveraging intelligent data exploitation.
This data-driven approach optimizes decision-making, anticipates risks, and improves project performance, addressing the needs of an evolving sector.
“With the acquisition of Advae, Orisha Construction positions itself as a key player, strengthening its offering of software solutions dedicated to the construction sector. This strategic integration allows us to provide a more comprehensive suite of solutions, from site management to project digitalization, reinforcing our role as a major partner in a rapidly changing industry,” says Pascal Andries, CEO of Orisha Construction.
This acquisition enables the Business Unit to expand its portfolio to over 500 active clients and reach 200,000 daily users of Orisha Construction solutions.
Orisha, a Fast-Growing Group
With a goal of reaching €500 million in consolidated revenue by 2028, the group, which already surpassed €300 million in 2024, is relying on a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions to achieve its target.
“The acquisition of Advae represents another milestone in our journey. It illustrates our ability to integrate innovative companies and turn these synergies into value for our clients,” says Jacques Ollivier, CEO of Orisha.
“Joining Orisha is a tremendous opportunity for Advae and our teams. This alliance is built on a shared vision: to innovate and deliver outstanding customer service.
