Orisha enters into exclusive negotiations with Emeria for the acquisition of Seiitra

Orisha, a European software publisher specializing in multiple sectors, including real estate, announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Emeria, a global leader in real estate services and technology, for the acquisition of Seiitra.

Founded in 2007, Seiitra is a French software publisher and a key player in the digitalization of property management, condominium management, and real estate accounting.

With more than 350 clients and over 7,500 users, Seiitra stands out thanks to its flagship product, Powimo. This fully integrated SaaS solution optimizes rental and co-ownership management activities for real estate professionals.

For Orisha, this strategic acquisition strengthens its position as a leader in the real estate sector by adding to its portfolio a company generating more than €20 million in annual revenue.

The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
